The
Counting of the Omer
Fifty days after Yom HaBikkurim, the children of Israel arrived
a Mount Sinai and received God's teaching and instruction - The
Torah. We count up seven Sabbaths plus one day, counting day by
day and reading from Psalms 119. This is called The Counting of
the Omer. This is a special time to meditate with God and open
our hearts to Him.
This
Counting of the Omer leads up to Shavout/Pentecost which is the
exact day that the Disciples received the Holy Spirit. To purchase
